Commemorative Book Program

The Norfolk Public Library’s commemorative book program offers the opportunity to honor an individual through a meaningful and enduring gift to the library’s collection. Contributions may celebrate a graduation, birth, anniversary; honor a dear friend or teacher; or commemorate the passing of someone close to you. Specially designed bookplates, suitably inscribed, will be placed in books acquired with your donation. If desired, you may indicate a subject that exemplifies the interests of the person being honored. The result will be a gift not only to the library, but to the whole community of Norfolk readers.

To contribute to the program, complete the form and send a check in the amount of $20.00 payable to the Norfolk Public Library Gift Fund. All donations are tax-deductible.
