Open to kids in grades 5-7. We will meet three times to discuss the book and do fun activities:
October 29: Discuss chapters 1-4
November 12: Discuss chapters 5-8
November 26: Discuss chapters 9-13

Become a history detective by joining Miss Allison in reading Linda Coombs’ Race to the Truth: Colonization and the Wampanoag Story. We’ll explore what truly happened in America’s earliest days from the perspective of the Wampanoag, as well as why it matters.
Each participant will receive a free copy of the book prior to the first meeting, provided by Mass Center for the Book’s 2024 Great Reads from Great Places program.
