Norfolk Public Library will have a delayed opening on Wednesday, October 23, and will open at 11AM.

Tuesdays: 10/1, 10/8, and 10/22 @ 6:30pm

Looking to relax after a stressful day at work, school or after being home with the kids?

Wind down for the evening with a meditation session to calm your mind and body.

We will use chairs for this class, so you don’t need to bring anything!

This program is best for Teens and Adults.
