Norfolk Public Library will have an early closure on Tuesday, December 31, and will close at 4PM. Norfolk Public Library be closed on Wednesday, January 1st, in observance of the holiday.

Feeling spooky? Kick off October with an extra-special paint night  – where you’ll create a masterpiece that will glow!

Best for ages 12-17. Register here. 

Please wear clothing you do not mind getting paint on.
