Weekly Programs (January-March 2018)

 Baby Time

Mondays, 10:15-11:00

Ages 0-16 months with caregiver

Music, play and stories for babies and their caregivers. There will be no meeting January 1, January 15, or February 19.

Tales for Goslings

Mondays, 11:15-11:45

Age 0–3 with a caregiver

An interactive program for babies, toddlers, and caregivers. Join Miss Sarah for music, stories, and more! There will be no meeting January 1, January 15, or February 19.

Fairy Tale Storytime

Tuesdays, 11:30-12:00

Ages 2-5 with caregiver

A storytime program that will focus on everything fairy tale! Join Miss Sarah for stories and crafts for the fairy tale lover in your house. Please note, this program will not be held on Ed Morgan days.

On My Own Storytime

Tuesdays, 2:00-2:30

Age 3 and up

An independent story time experience with books, songs, and a hands-on activity. Caregivers must stay in the building, but are encouraged to let children attend the program alone.

Multi-Age Storytime



Age 2 and up with a caregiver

An interactive drop-in story time with songs, games, and a hands-on activity.

Wiggly Ones (Registration required)

Wednesdays, 2:00-2:30

Ages 2-5 with caregiver. Registration is required for the series. Register here.

A program that will involve lots of gross stuff that you aren’t allowed to play with at home! Parents/caregivers must stay in the building, but are also encouraged to attend with their child.

Registration for the January-June series will open December 17.





Monthly Programs 2018

 Ed Morgan Sing-Along

First Tuesday of each month October – May

10:30-11:15am, All ages are welcome.

Join Ed Morgan for a sing-along with great music and dancing. A splendid time for everyone! Caregivers must remain with children.


Toddler Time (Registration required)

Third Tuesday of each month (Jan. 16, Mar. 20)


Age 12-24 months with caregiver

Hands-on activities, exploration, and imaginative play for toddlers and their caregivers. Sponsored by Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Program. No meeting in February.


Preschool Play and Learn (Registration required)

Fourth Tuesday of each month (Jan. 23, Feb. 27, Mar. 27)


Age 2-5 with a caregiver

A playgroup for preschoolers and their caregivers. Activities may include tactile play, movement, stories, and crafts. Sponsored by Coordinated Family & Community Engagement Program.


Winter Movie Series

4:00-6:00 on dates specified below

Come to the library for a movie screening. Free popcorn and water will be provided, bring a blanket/pillows to get comfy! Movies will begin promptly at 4:00, everyone is welcome to begin arriving at 3:45 to get settled. All ages are welcome, no registration is required.


January 10: Leap!                 February 14: Nut Job 2               March 14: Cars 3


NEW CLASSES ADDED! You and I Baby Yoga (Registration required)

2nd and 4th Friday of each month:

January 12th and 26th, February 9th and 23rd, March 9th and 23rd, April 13th and 27th, May 11th and 25th

9:15-10:15am in the Community Room

Registration is required, please go to the date you would like to register for on our events calendar. There is a $5 fee payable on or before the day of the class.

Ages 0-12 months.

Connect with your baby through soothing yoga. Mats are provided, but please bring a baby blanket.


Picnic Playgroup

1st Friday of the month (January-June)


Age 0-5 with caregiver

Bring a lunch and enjoy music, stories, and fun!


Saturdays with Sarah

2nd Saturday of each month: January 13th, February 10th, March 10th, April 14th


Ages 0-6 with a caregiver

Join Miss Sarah for a Saturday storytime, then stay and play! Enjoy music, rhymes, a craft, and more.





Special Programs 2018


 Annual Pajama Drive

We will be collecting pajamas beginning February 1 for our Annual Pajama Drive in partnership with Cradles to Crayons and the Boston Bruins.




Stuffed Animal Sleepover and Storyhour

Drop off: Saturday, Feb. 10 between 10am and 3:30pm

Pick up: Sunday, Feb. 11 from 12:30-1:30pm (Craft, stories, and light refreshments)

Drop your stuffed animal off on Saturday, Feb. 20 and join us on Sunday to pick up your friend. See what they were up to and enjoy a story, craft, and light refreshment. This program is part of our Annual Pajama Drive. Please bring a new pair of pajamas to donate if you are able.



Giant Candy Land

You are the game pieces in this giant version of the beloved Hasbro game, Candy Land! Register a team of up to 6 for a time slot and get ready to play. Register here. Open to all ages.
