Tired and overwhelmed by 2020? We are too! Join us for an interactive, social gathering virtually to share stories about your 2020 experience. Stories can be positive (like spending more time with family) or negative (like what a challenge it was spending time with family), but please keep sharing appropriate for all ages. Another component of this program will focus on stress relief with guided meditation and tips for dealing with overall stress.
Each registered participant will also receive a stress-relief kit beforehand.
