Our library has so many great resources and we are always looking for creative ways to benefit our patrons. The Norfolk Public Library is proud to announce the launch of our Stuffbrary. This collection will be full of all sorts of useful “stuff” that you may have always wanted to try, or may only use once so would prefer not to buy, like a ukulele, a sous vide cooker, or an Instant Pot.
Patrons must fill out a waiver prior to checkout. Instructions are included with each item and all items can be checked out for two weeks. There are no renewals allowed on Stuffbrary items. A $5/day late fee will accrue for each item that is overdue. Stuffbrary items cannot be reserved online, but you can place a hold by contacting Tamara at (508) 528-3380 x8 or [email protected].
To see what’s currently available, check the catalog.
The library is asking patrons what they’d like to see added to the Stuffbrary. Have a great idea for something else we could add? Do you have an awesome item you would like to donate? Just love the Stuffbrary? Drop us a line!
Wonderful idea but I can’t see that the link goes to a list of available items. Please check.
Hi Joan – Right now the collection is just starting out. We have a ukelele, an Instant Pot, and a sous vide. More to come soon, and we will be sure to post the list.
Is there a link to the list?
