J. Kenji López-Alt is the author of The Food Lab: Better Home Cooking Through Science and Chief Culinary Consultant of the food blog

Join NPL staff and others who share a passion for cookbooks to discuss and sample the fares of some of today’s more celebrated cookbook titles. Titles are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk. Although bringing a prepared dish is not required, it is encouraged.

Registration is required. Class size limited to 15.
