Cooking authentic Indian food has never been so easy. In a 1.5 hour class you will get the confidence to recreate your favorite Indian food, while learning about the health benefits of various spices. Sandhya Jain, instructor from the Tri-County Regional High School, will demonstrate how to prepare saag paneer, aloo gobhi and quick rice pilaf.
